Celebrating 25 years of building, Braeden Constructions prides their work on providing quality homes within the client's budget, as well as ensuring the involvement of the clients from start to finish.

Braeden Constructions is a Noosa Building Company that specialises in building custom homes on the Sunshine Coast. 

In 2010, Braeden Constructions was the first Sunshine Coast builder to ever win the Master Builders Association's National Builder of the Year. As well as this, Braeden Constructions was also awarded the 2010 National House of the Year. 
From over 5000 nominations Australia-wide, Braeden Constructions was judged as providing the best quality of workmanship, value for money, design and technical excellence, and professional service in the custom-build home market. 

Braeden Constructions holds a reputation for quality, value and excellence. They have won the Master Builders Association Sunshine Coast House of the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2019. They have also won overall Home of the Year for Queensland in 2010, and most recently in 2019.

Braeden Constructions are client focussed Builders; committed to achieving high quality outcomes, and exceeding client's expectations. The client deals direct with the builder on a one-one-one basis:  “We enjoy building a great working relationship with the people we work with. Mick Devlin started Braeden Constructions in 1996 in Victoria, before moving up to Queensland in 2001 with his wife and children. Mick has had more than three decades of experience in the building industry as a qualified carpenter himself, and also as the owner and operator of Braeden Constructions. He holds a reputation as a builder of the highest quality and integrity, a reputation that is carried on through Braeden Constructions work.
